Type: Full-time

Contract: 12-month initial contract (renewable)

Working Hours: 40h/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 -18:00 (rotational shifts)

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and solutions in a
- paced, friendly environment. You will receive full training to help you succeed and thrive in your role.

What we're looking for:

Fluency in French (C2)

Good command of English (B2)

Strong communication and
- solving skills

Ability to adapt in a dynamic,
- oriented environment

Open to working rotating shifts (Mon-Fri, 08:00-18:00)

What we offer:

Initial 12-month contract, with renewal options (2 x 12 months)

Work Schedule:

40 hours/week on a rotating shift pattern

Monday to Friday; your weekends are yours

Training Period:

20 business days of
- depth training

8 hours per day, with start times between 08:30 and 09:30
