Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and solutions in a
- paced, friendly environment. You'll receive full training to help you succeed and thrive in your role.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in French (C2)
• Good command of English (B2)
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic,
  - oriented environment
• Open to working rotating shifts (Mon-Fri, 08:00-18:00)

What we offer

• Initial 12-month contract, with renewal options (2 x 12 months)

• Training Period: 20 business days of

• 8 hours per day, with start times between 08:30 and 09:30
