Your Role :

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and solutions in a
- paced, friendly environment. Youll receive full training to help you succeed and thrive in your role.

What were looking for :

Fluency in French (C2)

Good command of English (B2)

Strong communication and
- solving skills

Ability to adapt in a dynamic,
- oriented environment

Open to working rotating shifts (Mon Fri, 08 : 0018 : 00)

What we offer : Contract Details :

Initial 12-month contract , with renewal options (2 x 12 months)

Work Schedule :

40 hours / week on a rotating shift pattern

Monday to Friday only your weekends are yours

Training Period :

20 business days of
- depth training

8 hours per day, with start times between 08 : 30 and 09 : 30
