THE POSITION
Our Medical Department is currently recruiting a "Nurse Coordinator W/M" for a permanent position (CDI) at our Lisbon site.
Nurse Coordinators play a central role in patient management and provide individualized support to insured members through their expertise and case
- up in collaboration with various Henner stakeholders (Client Services Team, Sales). Under the supervision of the medical expert or using
- support documents, they also provide medical analysis of healthcare services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the care pathway for insured members suffering from severe and/or chronic conditions through regular contact with the member and healthcare provider.
- Review and validate insurance enrollment requests: identify necessary examinations to correctly understand the member's current and potential health status.
- Interpret medical records (understand the medical situation) to analyze the case and, if necessary, refer to the medical expert.
- Analyze health
- up results. - Ensure proper maintenance of medical records.
- Review administrative files and ensure that no contractual element blocks the case (follow-up, overall consistency of the file).

YOUR PROFILE
You hold a nursing degree and have clinical experience in the healthcare field, providing you with strong professional and technical expertise.
You stand out for your interpersonal and organizational skills, including:
