We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality care to patients while ensuring their safety and

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Educate patients on
- care techniques for managing their conditions

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Portugal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a
- paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
