We are seeking a versatile Nursing Assistant to work varied shifts on both Swing Bed and Med/Surg at our critical access hospital. Our Nursing Assistants play a vital role in patient care, supporting patient comfort by collecting information, supporting medication schedules, and meeting personal needs. You will assist in delivering patient care and performing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, DON, or provider. We are looking to add another dedicated member to our established team.

Responsibilities

• Assess the health status of patients.
• Communicate patient information with care teams.
• Assist patients and families with meals or changing bed linens.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Nurse Assistant or certification within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay Range

$16. 30 - $22. 42 per hour
