Spirit Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for our critical access hospital in Lisbon. The role involves varied shifts on both Swing Bed and Med/Surg.

Job Summary

Work as a versatile Nurse Assistant, providing basic patient care, collecting patient information, supporting medication schedules, and meeting personalized needs under supervision of an RN/DON or provider.

Responsibilities

• Assess the health status of patients.
• Communicate patient information with care teams.
• Assist patients/families with meals or changing bed linens.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Sign‑On Incentive

$5, 000 sign‑on incentive.

Job Requirements

• Registration as a Nurse Assistant or Certification within six (6) months of hire date.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Location

CHI Lisbon Health is a 20 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24‑hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. It is part of Common
Spirit Health.

Pay

$17. 28 – $24. 41 per hour.
