O2C Specialist Multiple Languages (Medical Devices Sector)

Join a leading global company in the medical devices industry, specializing in diabetes care. We are looking for talented Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialists at different levels: Junior, Senior, and Team Leader to support our international operations.

• Manage and process customer orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle billing, payments, and collections in compliance with internal procedures.
• Communicate with clients in French, German, Dutch, or English to resolve account issues.
• Support month‑end closing activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order‑to‑cash processes.
• For Senior or Team Leader roles: mentor team members, provide guidance, and ensure departmental goals are met.

• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Dutch, or English.
• Good command of English for multilingual communication.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Leadership skills for Senior or Team Leader positions.

• Competitive salary package:
  • Junior O2C Specialist: 1300 per 14 months
  • Senior O2C Specialist / Team Leader: 1500 per 14 months
