• MANDATORY EXPERTISE REQUIRED FOR ELK DEVELOPMENT, USE, AND IMPLEMENTATION
• Delivery and ongoing operations of the ELK platform
• Configuration and administration of ELK components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Development of log collection, ingestion, and indexation scripts
• Contribution to Monitoring Solution studies and analyses

3. Deliverables:

• Monitoring platform onboarding strategy
• ELK platform configuration and setup
• Onboarding scripts for platform integration
• End-to-end observability platform study
• Breakdown of development tasks with time estimates

4. Technical Scope:

• The service encompasses the operation and maintenance of ELK instances, requiring Linux system administration expertise, along with the deployment and scaling of new features on the platform.
• The ELK stack is deployed within an Azure environment, utilizing Terraform, Puppet, and Git for deployment, version control, and collaboration.

Key technical activities include:

• Developing new log ingestion pipelines using Logstash and Filebeat
• Managing log storage and indexation within Elasticsearch
• Creating and maintaining dashboards in Kibana
• Implementing alerting features within ELK
• Supporting Open
  Telemetry implementation for enhanced observability

Criteria:

• 3-5 years expertise for ELK Development, use, implementation
• Expertise on Dynatrace Grail
