(You must be living in Portugal at the moment)Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and support observability tools such as Splunk and ITSI. Configure dashboards, ensure data quality, and assist users in leveraging these tools effectively within their respective business units. Actively engage with users to discuss desired functionalities. Implement new features and improvements. Monitor quality and integrate your product into the existing infrastructure. Work collaboratively within the team and act as a backup for your colleagues. Support and train colleagues in areas where you have expertise. Perform administrative tasks related to Splunk. Note: Knowledge in Splunk Security is not required. Requirements:Strong understanding and interest in technologies that support IT professionals. Minimum 5 years of experience with Splunk. Knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud (AWS/Azure). Proficiency in Python, Java
Script, and Java. Ability to manage projects independently. Ability to coach and train others in your area of expertise. Required Certifications:Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User
Splunk (Cloud) Admin
Minimum Required Skills:Experience with Splunk + Infrastructure + Python (mandatory)Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure)Proficiency in Python, Java
Script, and Java (Java is a plus, not mandatory)
