We are currently strengthening our team with an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (M/F) , who will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of environmental, hygiene & safety, and sustainability requirements associated with our operations (R&D Unit, Production Units, and Headquarters).

Responsibilities:

• Implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
• Implement normative requirements for the certification of an integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety management system.
• Conduct regular environmental and safety audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards.
• Execute environmental and safety training programs to ensure teams are aware and empowered.
• Prepare incident reports, investigate accidents, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered according to established quality standards.
• Participate in defining Quality and Sustainability goals and monitor progress toward those goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Technical or higher education in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and standards - ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (preferred).
• Proven experience in environmental and safety roles, preferably in the industrial sector (pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or food).
