OCS Support Technician
Job Description
You will be part of the Customer Support Department of Generix managing incidents and client requests for our Omni
Channel Sales Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creation and processing of customer requests.
- Ensure the follow‑up of interactions (opening, closing, relaunching, customer notification, completion of technical information and escalation actions).
- Apply necessary actions for the first analysis of incidents to solve level 1 occurrences according to SLAs; provide alternatives and disclosure patches for customers.
- Manage the relationship with the customer: maintain proper communication until resolution of incidents and requests.
- Escalate incidents and requests to the appropriate services.
- Understand and apply procedures and instructions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or a similar field.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP) is a plus.
- Analytical and synthesis skills; comfortable on the phone to reassure customers.
- Ability to work in a team and be autonomous, following instructions and procedures.
- Fluency in French (mandatory); good level of English (plus), basic English required.
