Odoo Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with strong business knowledge to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Odoo ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands business processes and can act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams — development skills are not mandatory.

You will work closely with business users, functional leads, and Odoo developers to ensure that solutions align with operational needs and deliver real business value.

What you will do:

• Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules through functional settings (no coding required).
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.
• Support Odoo implementations, rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices across Odoo modules.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working with Odoo from a functional/business perspective.
• Strong understanding of business processes, such as:
• Accounting & Finance
• Sales & CRM
• Inventory & Supply Chain
• Manufacturing or Purchasing
• Ability to gather, challenge, and structure business requirements.
• Experience working closely with developers, even if you are not
  - on with code.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and/or Odoo. Sh.
• Previous role as Odoo Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (models, workflows, integrations).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Background in consulting or ERP implementations.
