Job Description

Data Driven Applications

• Contribute to successful data‑driven applications by ensuring proper governance and alignment across data domains.

Implementation and Optimization

• Implement and maintain end‑to‑end IT‑managed reporting use cases from data curation to report creation.
• Support stakeholders in coordinating between data domains to maximize data‑driven insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to developers and data domain owners throughout the data product lifecycle.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure data usage complies with policies and regulations (e. g. , GDPR).
• Establish governance models that support the OESL organization in leveraging its data.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to foster strong partnerships in data warehousing and reporting.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a skilled Data Steward to ensure governance of our Data‑Driven Applications / Data Products by actively shaping ways of working, fostering strong domain alignment, and supporting the evolvement of our platforms.

• Communication: Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude in cross‑functional teams.
• Data Governance & Security: Familiarity with central regulations (e. g. , GDPR) and common data governance approaches.
• Quality Focus: Quality‑first mindset, highly motivated to improve data quality and business continuity.
• Data Analysis: Passion for understanding data, harmonization, and common reporting strategies.
• Data‑Driven Applications: Experience with design, setup, and operation of reporting use‑cases (e. g. , Power BI) or data processing pipelines.
• Agile & Dev
  Ops: Knowledge of collaborative workflows and modern deployment practices.
