Cyber Security Specialist / Senior Cyber Security Specialist

Location: Porto

Salary Range: EUR 40, 000 - 80, 000

The Role

Support the CISO in managing our ISMS and ISO 27001 certification, focusing on cybersecurity governance.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage core security processes such as risk management, internal audits, and resolving findings.
• Contribute to security awareness campaigns and assess potential suppliers.
• Maintain governance and policy frameworks.
• Assist the business with security questionnaires and internal consulting.
• Lead one or two key security areas.

Support security operations and collaborate closely with IT and other departments.

What is Important to Us

• At least 3 years of experience in security governance or operations, with knowledge of ISO 27001.
• Understanding of modern IT, including networking, cloud, virtualization, and endpoint security, and familiarity with threats like the Mitre ATT&CK framework.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
• University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with a focus on processes and documentation.
• Team-oriented with high standards for autonomy and quality.
• Excellent English skills and comfortable working in international teams.
