Job Responsibilities

• Application support
• Development of tools and processes for service management
• Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools
• Understanding application workflows and functional analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar
• Good knowledge of Java and SQL
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e. g. , KSH/Bash, Python)
• Experience in application support
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
