We are looking for a Technical Support

Based in: Porto

Keywords: Scripting Languages, Linux, Databases, French

Years of Experience: 1+

What you’ll do:

• Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management
• Performance analysis: acknowledgment of daily reports, logs, complex alerts management
• Deployment of new versions of platforms: migration of the latest versions,
  - regression tests during migration
• Able to investigate & troubleshoot technical issues

Your skills & qualifications:

• 1+ years of work experience in client support
• Knowledge of Scripting (Bash, Python)
• Familiar with support skills as well as deployment, which include Linux administration and databases
• Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization,
  - related concepts and debugging
• Ability to speak and write in French
