Office Administrator
**Responsibilities - your mission**- The jobholder will report and assist the Airbus GBS Management Team in all the strategic missions, and will also act for the benefit of the Airbus GBS Management- The jobholder will be responsible to (but not limited to):
- Coordinate

- day facilities activities, maintaining good relationships with the building manager, other tenants, and office
- monitor safety compliance throughout the office and flag issues as
- Organize events, meetings,
- Managing calendar tasks and
- Make travel arrangements;
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure;
- Order office supplies and monitor office inventories to ensure sufficient
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. - Undertake support tasks on behalf of the management team, such as encrypting documents, scanning and saving documents, photocopying and organising
- Meeting room management: Arranging refreshments, equipment requirements and any additional support/ resources for business meetings
Based in Airbus GBS Lisbon, the jobholder will actively contribute to the success of the new entity in order to make it a real differentiator for Airbus Group efficiency. - Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience- Proven experience as office admin or similar administrative role;
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures;
- Familiarity withbasicresearch methods and reporting
- Fluent english (mandatory)- High confidentiality standards as the jobholder will be involved in strategic discussions and decisions of the
- Strong organisational
- Working knowledge with Google Suite or comfortable with any Office
