Good Friday Robotics is looking for an Office Manager to join their small team of passionate, skilled, and creative thinking individuals fueled by research and innovation. If you have a keen interest in UAVs, robotics and creative problem solving, this place is for you.

This is a
- time position based in our prototyping facility in Benfica, Portugal. Our new facility is a 700m2 warehouse style office with a team of 8-12 people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the office including resolving all facility related issues in a timely fashion.
• Assist in ad hoc site space planning activities such as renovations and upgrades.
• Ensure the office is in good working condition.
• Provide mailroom/shipping/receiving/exporting duties.
• Manage the cleaning and utility team and procure supplies as needed.
• Act as liaison with Property Management in handling ad hoc issues and emergencies.
• Assist in planning company related events such as training and social events.
• Handle travel arrangements for the team as needed.
• Manage monthly receipts collection and organization.
• Managing R&D inventory database and components (such as electronic circuit boards, wiring, tools, etc) shelving and storage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in facilities or office management required.
• Demonstrated high organizational skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
• Team Player with a professional and friendly presence.
• A driver's license is an asset.
