As the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, you'll ensure a welcoming and professional environment at our studio. You'll manage reception duties, assist with

- day office operations, and help maintain the tidiness and efficiency of shared spaces.

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Manage access cards and maintain visitor logs.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies and ensure shared spaces remain organized and functional.
• Support general tidiness and organization of the studio.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support as needed.

• No prior experience required.
• High school diploma or technical/professional qualification in Administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and
  - oriented.
• Comfortable with multitasking and maintaining a professional attitude.
• MUST be fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Eligible to IEFP Internship
• Internship monthly allowance is provided
• Meal Allowance is provided
• On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal
• 8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays
