We are hiring an Office Assistant for an IT consulting company with offices in the heart of Lisbon.
Responsabilidades
- Operational management and organization of documents and information in areas such as:
- Accounting
- Insurance
- Invoicing and Collections
- Office Logistics and Maintenance
- Support for Occupational Health and Safety
- up of ongoing processes;
Requisitos
- University degree (preferred);
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
Point, Word, and Outlook); - Basic knowledge of accounting (preferred);
- Basic
- level knowledge of Salesforce (preferred); - Advanced level of English;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude toward suggesting and implementing improvements.
