What You’ll Do

We are looking for an Office Coordinator Intern to join our Tech
HUB in Lisbon!

This role is perfect for someone recently graduated who wants to learn how an office runs daily, support different teams, and grow in a dynamic and informal environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate office activities and
  -
  - day needs.
• Provide administrative support to the Office Management (OM) team.
• Support general office logistics, including supplies and vendors.
• Monitor and restock office supplies, liaising with suppliers as needed.
• Organize and maintain records and digital archives.
• Assist with internal events and contribute to internal communications.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For

To thrive in this internship, these skills and traits will help you succeed:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
• Strong attention to detail in contract and vendor documentation
• Good reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
• Comfortable working in a
  - functional, multicultural environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
