About the role:
- Our Office Coordinator will oversee various administrative tasks, including office and travel management, and event support and coordination. In this role, you will be reporting to our Executive Assistant, and you will mainly provide support to the Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance teams, as well as being the point of contact for any office related matters.
- By leading collaborative efforts across departments, you will ensure smooth operations, managing travel arrangements, office logistics, and coordinating company events while also assisting with HR tasks. Your contribution,

About the responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage office logistics and supplies to maintain a
- organized and functional workspace. - Schedule, support and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, materials, and events.
- Assist with financial tasks including expense tracking, budget management, and invoice processing.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services, as well as for
- site events. - Communicate directly with board members to provide updates and gather information as needed.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules and calendars efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, logging and notifying recipients of package arrivals.
- Coordinate outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage workspace maintenance, facilities up keep and office equipment.

- Coordinate with IT for system installations and troubleshooting.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Administration is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required (between offices and suppliers), with expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to adapt communication style to various situations and audiences.
- Comfortable engaging directly with board members and other senior executives.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
