Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Agency Department - Offices with the integration of an Office Leasing Senior Consultant for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

1. Providing
   -
   - end support to clients throughout the leasing or sales process, from initial engagement to deal completion;
2. Identifying opportunities in the office market, including new development areas and investment assets;
3. Conducting market and asset analysis, considering factors such as occupancy trends, supply and demand dynamics, as well as urbanistic and licensing aspects;
4. Developing business plans and financial models to support strategic
   - making for tenants, landlords, and investors;
5. Structuring and preparing sales processes, including marketing materials such as teasers and Investment Memorandums;
6. Building and maintaining relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, presenting opportunities and supporting
   - making processes;
7. Managing and negotiating real estate transactions, ensuring alignment between all parties and maximizing asset value.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

1. Degree/ Master’s Degree in Management, Economics or Law;
2. 2-3 years' professional experience in real estate (valued);
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
4. Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
5. Planning and organizational skills;
6. Orientation towards deadlines;
7. Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks;
8. High sense of responsibility;
9. Team spirit and ease of communication;
10. Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
11. Driving licence.
