Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently undergoing strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Agency Department - Offices with the integration of an Office Leasing Senior Consultant for its Porto office.

Key tasks/activities:

• Providing
  -
  - end support to clients throughout the leasing or sales process, from initial engagement to deal completion;
• Identifying opportunities in the office market, including new development areas and investment assets;
• Conducting market and asset analysis, considering factors such as occupancy trends, supply and demand dynamics, as well as urbanistic and licensing aspects;
• Developing business plans and financial models to support strategic
  - making for tenants, landlords, and investors;
• Structuring and preparing sales processes, including marketing materials such as teasers and Investment Memorandums;
• Building and maintaining relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, presenting opportunities and supporting
  - making processes;
• Managing and negotiating real estate transactions, ensuring alignment between all parties and maximizing asset value.

Requirements, Skills, and Experience:

• Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, or Law;
• 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate (valued);
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Rigour and excellence in task execution;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and good communication skills;
• Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism, and resilience;
• Driving license.
