Part-Time Office Manager
We are hiring a
- time office manager to join our team in Lisbon. This position is perfect for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule and who have no prior experience in office management. As the office manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Create and maintain an efficient filing system
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Manage employee time off requests and maintain records of attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a
- time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours will be flexible depending on your availability. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
