Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office maintenance and daily operations, ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth and efficient organization.
- Provide administrative support for internal event management.
- Act as the primary contact for insurance management, liaising with brokers, companies, and headquarters to safeguard organizational interests.
- Handle fleet management tasks, including new contracts, fines, and claims, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
- Manage rental contracts and maintain positive relationships with landlords.
- Support the Treasury team by preparing and registering payments with precision and timeliness.
- Assist the Accountancy team in registering invoices, contributing to financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, promoting workplace
- being and compliance. - Act as an interface with stakeholders such as Occupational Safety and Health, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
- Provide support for administrative tasks across the company, contributing to internal process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management or administrative roles, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Background in travel coordination, event planning, and financial processes.
- Experience with office management technologies and systems supporting financial workflows and fleet management is advantageous.
