Responsibilities:

• Professional technical support and assistance with using Play
  Station products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Troubleshooting hardware (consoles, controllers, and accessories such as headphones) and software (problems with games and DLC);
• Arranging repairs when troubleshooting fails;
• Assistance with account recovery, especially in cases of hacking;
• Refunds (where applicable);
• Customer support regarding the online store, software, and systems;

Requirements:

• C1/C2 level language skill
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team
• Problem
  - skills
• Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive attitude
• Ambitious
• English B2
