Job Description

A Offline Media Planner is responsible for coordinating with agencies to ensure strategic alignment, planning, and implementation of campaigns, as well as negotiating with media outlets. Additionally, they oversee campaign optimization across all platforms, ensure billing within the defined timelines, and monitor and report on

results.

Responsibilities

Offline media planning

Ensuring billing within the defined timelines

Daily and autonomous campaign management, focusing on results while also considering OMG's profitability goals

Conducting
- campaign analysis within one month after its conclusion

Sharing relevant information and case studies within the team

Internal monitoring and weekly
- up of campaigns with the client

Profile and Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Strong command of English

2+ years of experience in offline media planning and buying

Analytical skills to extract relevant insights from media campaigns and apply them to future recommendation

Critical thinking, organization, analytical, and communication skills

Collaborative, proactive, and constructive attitude

Technical proficiency in planning platforms, particularly Yumi

Ability to manage priorities and follow up with other OMG teams

Negotiation skills
