Key Responsibilities:

● Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power

BI Service (Cloud).

● Implement advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.

● Draft and illustrate BI architecture diagrams for scalable solutions.

● Support Scorecards management and updates within Share
Point.

● Work with Power Apps and Dataverse tables to create integrated solutions supporting

business processes.

● Ensure seamless connectivity between data sources and BI tools.

● Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and security.

● Implement best practices for data governance and compliance.

● Partner with
- functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into

actionable BI solutions.

● Assist with KPI close responsibilities including Monthly and Quarterly KPI analysis

(variance, drivers, decliners, trend analysis).

● Advanced Development:

● Build custom Power BI visuals and optimize complex DAX measures for
- scale

performance.

● Develop custom connectors, APIs, and data integration pipelines for Power BI and

Power Apps.

● Automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with external systems.

● Create reusable templates and frameworks for BI development.

Required Qualifications:

● Experience providing expert guidance on Power BI governance, performance

optimization, and scalable architecture design for complex organizational environments

● 3+ years of
- on experience in Power BI data visualization, data modelling, and

dashboard development.

● Proven experience with Power BI Cloud and Desktop environments.

● Familiarity with Power Apps and Dataverse tables.

● Strong knowledge of Gen1 and Gen2 Dataflows in Power BI.

● Experience in architecture drafting and illustration for BI solutions.

● Technical Skills (including advanced development):

● Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and complex data modelling.

● Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.

● Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

● Advanced Power BI customization (custom visuals, themes, and branding).

● Experience with API integration, custom connectors, and REST services (nice to have)

● Expertise in performance tuning for
- scale BI solutions.

● Familiarity with CI/CD for BI deployments and version control.
