Position Description:

CGI is looking for an Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide L2 Application support to
   - users;
2. Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures;
3. Provide a high level of customer services and maintain customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships;
4. Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;
5. Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills:

• AS and Unix troubleshooting skills

• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis

• Familiar with Production support tools like Service
Now and JIRA is a plus

• Olympic / Midas knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience.

• Total 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)

• Good knowledge of general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first &
- line (L1 and L2 support)

Language Skills:

• English - Expert

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
