Our Operation & Maintenance Team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic O&M Bid Manager that will, through a deep analysis of the RFQs, comprehensive costing structure definition and a strong collaboration with the sales managers, position the O&M commercial and technical proposal as the best in a competitive environment.

The main responsibilities include:

• Participate actively to RFQ and tender clarifications making sure technical and commercial proposals are compliant and in line with customer expectations;
  
  
  
  
• Challengethe technical and commercial inputs with support of existing benchmarks, experience and industry standards;
  
  
  
  
• Lead tender activities from the analysis of the RFP (Request for Proposal) to project handover;
  
  
  
  
• Support sales managers in improving the commercial strategy to increase competitiveness;
  
  
  
  
• Lead scope and technical clarifications during contractual negotiations with customers;
  
  
  
  
• Make sureall costing assumptions are updated on a regular basis;
  
  
  
  
• Update and improve the costing model;
  
  
  
  
• Support Business Line managers in adapting the organization to increase both performance and market share;
  
  
  
  
• Management of the tender team;
  
  
  
  
• Interact with
  - disciplinary team (sales, engineering, procurement, operation managers, contract management) and others as HR and Finance;
  
  
  
  
• Comply with Ethic and Compliance policies and manage confidential information.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Engineering degree;
  
  
  
  Business management degree is a plus;
  
  
  
  
• At least, 5 years of experience in similar positions with proven track record in Tendering roles;
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience within Renewables Industry or BESS;
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience within O&M services;
  
  
  
  
• Proven financial awareness and strong analytical skills;
  
  
  
  
• Excellentproficiency in data analysis, budgeting and P&L management;
  
  
  
  
• Awarenessof different analysis tools (Power BI, Excel);
