Your Role

We are looking for a Operation and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon and contribute to the Operation and Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field technicians on a daily basis to ensure smooth
  - site operations.
• Plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Review and validate field service reports and related technical documentation.
• Perform monthly performance analyses of solar PV assets to monitor efficiency and detect deviations.
• Support the implementation of industry best practices and ensure full compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of O&M processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred). A Master’s degree is considered a strong plus.
• Up to 4 years of relevant experience in the solar or energy sector.
• Genuine passion for Solar PV technology and a strong commitment to the renewable energy transition .
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a strategic and proactive mindset.
• Solid organizational and communication skills , both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze technical data and write clear, structured performance reports .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with SCADA or monitoring platforms is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Comfortable working outdoors and regularly shifting between office and field environments.

Languages:

• Portuguese: Native
• English : B1 level
• Spanish: Highly valued
