Your Role

We are looking for a Operation and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon and contribute to the Operation and Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise field technicians on a daily basis to ensure smooth
- site operations.

Plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.

Review and validate field service reports and related technical documentation.

Perform monthly performance analyses of solar PV assets to monitor efficiency and detect deviations.

Support the implementation of industry best practices and ensure full compliance with technical and safety standards.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of O&M processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred). A Master’s degree is considered a strong plus.

Up to 4 years of relevant experience in the solar or energy sector.

Genuine passion for Solar PV technology and a strong commitment to the renewable energy transition.

Strong analytical and
- solving skills with a strategic and proactive mindset.

Solid organizational and communication skills , both written and verbal.

Ability to analyze technical data and write clear, structured performance reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with SCADA or monitoring platforms is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Comfortable working outdoors and regularly shifting between office and field environments.

Languages:

Portuguese: Native

English : B1 level

Spanish: Highly valued
