- art marketing programs for the priority franchises in EURAM. The role involves enabling and supporting the customization and development of our marketing automation campaign processes across regional teams, business units, and countries.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage campaigns from conception to successful implementation and manage customer journeys based on defined campaign rules, working within an agile,
- functional team. They should be capable of developing, executing, and promoting omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across EURAM to enhance customer engagement and foster a
- first mindset.
Role Responsibilities & Key Activities
Omnichannel Campaign Design and Execution
- Align with global teams and coordinate digital implementation of regional/global campaigns for priority franchises.
- Set up and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns regionally and in individual countries.
- Set up and deploy regional/local websites for priority franchises & One
Web. - Integrate forms with Veeva CRM (websites and landing pages, SFMC emails).
- Establish advanced
- loop marketing relationships with SFMC, Veeva CRM, and approved emails to streamline information following representative calls.
Measurement and Reporting
- Develop and implement a performance framework with key engagement metrics.
- Embed feedback systems to generate insights into customer behaviors and trends for refinement.
- Work closely with Field Force Effectiveness & Business Analytics to gather qualitative and quantitative user feedback using tools like ethnographic insights, heat maps, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Upskilling and Capability Building
- Coordinate digital maturity assessments and align country roadmaps.
- Ensure understanding of market needs and connect them with global and regional digital marketing strategies.
- Promote education on digital marketing channels, platforms, and approaches, seeking continuous improvement and
- based solutions.
Skills Required
- Digital native with experience from a digital marketing agency or team.
- Proven success in delivering digital marketing campaigns and content to relevant customer groups.
- Experience with marketing automation and web analytics tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360, is highly advantageous.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
