Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced On-Trade/Horeca Sales Manager with a strong background in the beverage sector and an active network of contacts between Lisbon and Cascais. This role is key to the growth of our brand within the Horeca channel, focusing on opening new accounts, managing key clients, and developing each point of sale.

• Open new accounts in restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, and other Horeca outlets.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
• Implement tailored development and growth plans for each point of sale.
• Ensure consistent brand presence and visibility on the ground.
• Gather market feedback and provide input for commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams on local campaigns and activations.
• Manage the assigned territory independently, planning weekly routes and priorities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the beverage sector within the On-Trade/Horeca channel.
• Active network of contacts in the Lisbon to Cascais area.
• Strong results orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
• Great communication, proactivity, and autonomy.
• Genuine interest and knowledge in healthy products and conscious nutrition.
• Professional and
  - groomed appearance.
• Valid driving license and availability to travel daily within the assigned area.
• Conversational English required.
