Implementation is central to our company. As part of the team, you will represent Agicap to our customers. After comprehensive training, you will become their partner in unlocking the full potential of our Treasury platform to meet their strategic, financial, and operational goals. The Implementation team is part of Customer Success and collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success Tech.

What you will do:

1. Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers during Implementation.
2. Coordinate with operational Finance employees and the customer’s Head of Finance/CFO/CEO.
3. Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ strategic, financial, and operational goals to drive engagement.
4. Become an expert in our product and guide customers toward their desired outcomes.
5. Take ownership of Customer Health and onboarding turnaround times.
6. Ensure customers derive maximum value from Agicap and communicate insights through
   - touch engagements.
7. Represent the voice of the customer within our organization.

What you need to succeed:

• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a
  - facing role at a consulting/advisory firm or in B2B Saa
  S.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills, driven by customer needs and business impact.
• Native English speaker.
• An analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic,
  - oriented environment, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent listening skills,
  - centric approach, and empathy.
• Bonus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance or experience with Finance/Treasury departments.
