Role Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist - French Speaker at Guest
Ready, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to our international clients, ensuring a smooth and successful start with Rental
Ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, guiding them through platform setup and configuration.
• Communicate value clearly to drive activation and feature adoption.
• Identify client needs and pain points during calls and address them proactively.
• Provide personalized onboarding experiences tailored to each client’s goals.
• Follow up actively with clients to ensure timely activation and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve technical issues and incorporate client feedback.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 level minimum).
• Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or Saa
  S.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven mindset.
• Empathetic, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Passion for tech, hospitality, or digital tools.
