Onboarding Specialist – Full-Time In Office Role

At Portugal The Place , we support immigrants relocating to Portugal and help them turn living in Portugal into a reality. This is not a sales position, the clients will have already agreed to move forward with our services. This will be the first experience they have interacting with our internal team. We’re looking

for someone friendly, organized, proactive, and bilingual to support our onboarding process.

If you LOVE working with people, are fluent in English and Portuguese, and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be your next step.

What you’ll do:

• Onboard new clients once converted by the sales team
• Communicate with clients, coordinating their services and payments
• Organize and manage client itineraries
• Keep information updated in our CRM and internal tools
• Provide introductions to partners and services as needed
• Update the team both internal and external about services, progress and needs of clients
• What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRM tools (a plus);
• A reliable team player eager to grow with a dynamic company.
• On-site role – Alcobaça office
• Full-time position | Start date as soon as reasonable
