Onboarding Specialist

(m/f) | Lisbon

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for companies joining VORTAL's services for the first time. Your mission is to ensure that new clients have all initial configurations correctly set up in the platform so they can fully benefit from the contracted service.

You will also be responsible for delivering weekly webinar training sessions, guiding users through the platform's functionalities and ensuring they feel confident and autonomous. A commercial mindset is valued, as you will be expected to identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and support VORTAL's service adoption.

What will you do:

  • Serve as the primary contact point for new clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Configure initial settings on the VORTAL platform according to the contracted service.
  • Conduct weekly online training sessions (webinars) to educate clients on platform usage and best practices.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience that promotes customer satisfaction and early engagement.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to help clients adopt the platform efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for service adoption or additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Gather early customer feedback to support continuous improvements in onboarding processes and platform features.

What we are looking for:

Education & Experience

  • Up to 2–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer support/training, customer success, or similar client‐facing roles.
  • Experience conducting online training sessions (webinars) is highly valued.
  • Previous exposure to Saa
    S, B2B services, procurement platforms or digital transformation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to diverse audiences.
  • Customer‐centric mindset with the ability to explain workflows and guide clients clearly.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify client needs and suggest additional services when relevant.
  • Organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Problem‐solver with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both required).
  • Spanish language skills are valued.
  • Quick learner, adaptable and motivated to help clients thrive within the platform.
