MAIN TASKS
- Assist in the design and evolution of One Trust platform to support operational and compliance needs, ensuring the tool remains fit for purpose as requirements change.
- Meet the timelines according with the roadmap outlining upcoming tool enhancements and priorities, and communicate this clearly to your peers.
- Strengthen autonomy by mastering the tool's capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and clearly communicating any constraints or limitations.
- Communicate planning updates with precision, ensuring timelines, deliverables and scope are consistently understood by all relevant parties.
- Assist and prioritise One Trust product backlog, aligning development with business and compliance objectives.
- Document all technical processes, configurations and workflows to enable knowledge transfer and reduce single‑person dependency.
- Provide technical training and support to internal users and stakeholders, especially the third‑party operations team focusing on DORA providers, if needed.
- Ensure all work is compliant with relevant data privacy regulations (e. g. GDPR, DORA).
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
- At least two years' experience working with the One Trust platform, ideally at senior or master level.
- Demonstrable experience as a One Trust administrator or developer, preferably with exposure to product ownership or technical lead responsibilities.
- Strong technical expertise in One Trust administration, workflow optimisation and tool configuration.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Integration experience with other privacy or risk management tools is a plus.
- Professional English fluency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with DORA compliance requirements is desirable.
