Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email, or chat

Identifying issues and providing effective solutions

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly support

Recording customer data accurately in the CRM system

Providing
- hoc assistance when required

Contributing to the team’s success and supporting colleagues when needed

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and at least a B2 level of English

Strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities

Understanding of the value of customer satisfaction and quality service

High school degree or equivalent

Professional attitude with a drive for excellence

Ability to work as part of a team and remain committed to tasks

Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

Already living in Portugal or willing to relocate for an international career experience

Valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract: Long-term
- term contract, renewable yearly

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 22:00 (8h/day + 1h break)

Salary package:

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1050 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1300 – €1500 gross/month

Paid training period (1 to 4 weeks)

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

- way flight to your home country (within the EU)

Support with paperwork, opening a bank account, and settling in
