Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Answering incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat

Identifying issues and providing effective solutions

Ensuring customer satisfaction at a high standard

Recording and updating customer information in the CRM system

Providing
- hoc support when required

Collaborating with your team to achieve project success

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and at least B2 level of English

Strong communication and listening skills

Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experience

Motivation, commitment, and professionalism

A true team player open to working in a multicultural environment

Excitement for intercultural communication and expatriate life

High school degree required

Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal with a valid work permit

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Long-term
- term contract, renewable every year

Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, Monday to Friday, availability between 7 am and 10 pm (rotational shifts, 8h/day + 1h break)

Salary conditions:

With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950–1050 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1300–1500 gross/month

Training: Paid training period (1 to 4 weeks)

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
