Your Responsibilities Support daily operations, reconciliations, and transaction processing

Investigate and resolve credit and debit cardholder transactions

Assist with administration of card payment systems and processing functions

Prepare customer statements and maintain customer files

Perform clerical duties related to payment transactions

Resolve issues requiring
- depth analysis and research

Continuously seek ways to improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy

Your Profile Native-level German and excellent English skills

Strong analytical and
- solving abilities

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Effective communication and active listening skills

Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a
- paced environment

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What’s in It for You? Contract: 6 months or 1 year, renewable

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary options:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950–1, 000€ gross/month (based on experience)

Without accommodation: 1, 300–1, 400€ gross/month (based on experience)
