The Opportunity: This critical
- site position involves protecting the platform's users by reviewing and enforcing content policies. Responsibilities

• Policy Enforcement: Scrutinizing content (text, video, and images) against established community guidelines to identify and action violations swiftly and accurately.
• Decision Making: Exercising sound judgment under pressure to moderate content in a

• Documentation: Meticulously recording and reporting moderation outcomes and contributing insights to policy and process refinement.
• Confidentiality: Strictly maintaining the privacy and security of user data and reviewed content.

Essential Candidate Profile

• Language Fluency: Native or fluent proficiency in Romanian is

• English Proficiency: At least a B2 level of English for training, documentation, and team communications.

Schedule Details

• Initial Core Hours: Monday through Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00.
• Rest: Two rotative days off per week.
• Future Planning: Plans to introduce an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00) as the operation scales toward a full 24/7 service.
