What youwill do

• In collaboration with the other team members, you will be responsible for the ideation, conception and/or operational execution of e
  Commerce Marketing content on the hugoboss.com websites, app and a dedicated e
  Commerce newsletter worldwide.
• Deliver commercial topics to e
  Commerce customers in a creative and structured way, driving engagements and conversions through these activations.
• Collaborate with cross functional business teams including Brand Marketing, Buying, Onsite Merchandising, Global Customer Engagement, SEO and Art Direction to obtain alignment, direction and input for e
  Commerce marketing priorities and plans.
• Use web analytics tools to monitor and report data relating to e
  Commerce Marketing activations to enable the teams to optimise future planning and understand the impact of the marketing content online.
• You will support and are also encouraged to lead the planning of
  - off or ongoing campaigns and activations with the opportunity to develop your confidence, collaboration, organisational and presentation skills.
• You will be responsible
  - on for publishing and testing content via the CMS to the website or to customer emails on a very regular basis.

What you’ll bring

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Marketing, Web Content Management or related fields.
• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in marketing, e
  Commerce or equivalent studies.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, sportwear or lifestyle marketing is a plus.
• Experience with Website Content Management Systems.
• Google Analytics; Content
  Square and Content Management System
  - how is a plus.
• Very strong affinity to e
  Commerce websites and apps and digital content (not necessarily from a professional field).
• Passionate about online content and the customer journey and experience.
• Familiar and comfortable with Excel, Power
  Point and Miro (Figma a bonus).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Organizational skills,
  - oriented, good time management and clear and concise communication.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Confident and comfortable with working with many stakeholders outside of your immediate team and confident presenting your ideas to smaller and larger groups both verbally and over email.
• Energetic and creative thinking.
