We are seeking an experienced Open
Shift Administrator to manage, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot our Red Hat Open
Shift infrastructure and related systems.

The role also includes managing Storage Servers and SAN Switches, while collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements, security policies, compliance standards, and network connectivity flows.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure Open
  Shift infrastructure meets the required levels of availability, performance, and security.
• Manage all changes, additions, or removals within the Open
  Shift infrastructure through the automation platform.
• Guarantee the application of security policies and compliance rules across Open
  Shift environments.
• Support and optimize Storage Servers and SAN Switches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to align infrastructure with business and technical needs.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Open
  Shift administration.
• Proven expertise in system administration, conceptualization, design, deployment, and operation of Open
  Shift platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong background in automation and infrastructure as code.
• Solid experience with Storage Servers and SAN Switches.
• Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure services and networking topologies.
• Excellent organizational,
  - tasking, and
  - management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

The candidate must be currently based in Porto and hold a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.
