We are looking for a Red Hat Open
Shift System Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Open
Shift clusters, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to support deployments, optimize performance, and troubleshoot critical issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Hands-on experience with Open
  Shift platform administration.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Linux-based systems.
• Good knowledge of networking, storage, and security best practices.
• Scripting skills (e. g. , Bash, Python, or Ansible) for automation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hybrid regime: 3 times per week (Porto)
• Fluent in English.
