Job Description

As a Database Administrator, you will manage Maria
DB, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, and Elastic
Search in
- complexity environments, ensuring their proper installation, configuration, and performance. You’ll work with Shell scripting to automate processes and support performance tuning at both system and application levels. Your responsibilities will include managing security, backups, and data replication, as well as monitoring systems to optimize performance. You’ll also collaborate within Unix/Linux environments and help define and enforce backup and recovery policies.

• Work with Shell scripting to automate processes and support performance tuning at both system and application levels.
• Manage security, backups, and data replication, and monitor systems to optimize performance.
• Collaborate within Unix/Linux environments and help define and enforce backup and recovery policies.

Must-Have

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a DBA (System and Application level).
• Solid knowledge of
  - source database technologies, including Maria
  DB, Postgre
  SQL, Mongo
  DB, and Elastic
  Search.
• Advanced skills in database and SQL performance tuning and monitoring.
• Backup and recovery expertise.
• Experience with replication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems.
• High availability and a dynamic, creative team spirit.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring/visualization tools like Grafana.
