Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Operador/a Caixas e Relação Cliente to join our team at LEROY MERLIN Portugal in Portimão.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service at all points of contact;
- Welcome customers personally;
- Know the store's operations in detail;
- Adapt communication and service to different customer types;
- Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions;
- Provide information on product availability, location, orders, and store procedures;
- Handle
- sale customer service, including repairs and parts requests; - Manage the store's CRM independently, offering appropriate solutions and coordinating with relevant departments;
- Manage customer wait times effectively;
- Resolve conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Have basic knowledge of
- selling product families and ongoing product training; - Make autonomous decisions to ensure customer satisfaction aligned with store strategy;
- Process payments and returns;
- Control entry and exit of goods, following
- theft procedures; - Organize financial documents related to cash operations;
- Master payment procedures and gestures, adapting to the payment method;
- Assist customers with quick payments or online payments;
- Support sales staff with payment advice;
- Manage cash float responsibly;
- Follow cash and safe procedures strictly;
- Complete customer service checklists and audits;
- Promote best practices in payment processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Enjoy working with customers and understanding their needs;
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork;
- Resilience under stress;
- Organizational skills and responsibility;
- Proactive and
- taking; - Basic computer skills for everyday use.
