What will your daily tasks be?
- Ensure good customer reception at any point of contact;
- Personalized welcoming of customers at the Welcomer;
- Deep knowledge of the store's general operation;
- Adapt communication and service to each customer type;
- Identify customer needs and offer the most effective solution;
- Provide basic information about product availability, location, order status, services, or procedures;
- Handle
- sale customer service, opening repair processes and parts requests, knowing the procedures and tools; - Manage the store's CRM, autonomously offering appropriate solutions and ensuring contact with relevant store areas;
- Manage waiting situations effectively and independently;
- Resolve conflicts ensuring total customer satisfaction;
- Have basic knowledge of
- selling product families and undergo product training; - Make autonomous decisions to ensure customer satisfaction aligned with store strategy and goals;
- Process payments and returns;
- Control the entry and exit of goods in different areas, applying
- theft procedures; - Organize accounting documents related to cash registers;
- Master payment procedures and gestures, adapting to the payment method in use;
- Inform, train, and support customers in autonomous payments (Quick Cash or Online);
- Assist the Salesperson with Payment and Advice Point;
- Ensure proper cash fund management;
- Strictly follow cash and safe procedures;
- Know and comply with the Customer Relations and Services audit checklist;
- Promote best practices related to store payment processes and procedures.
What do we look for in you?
- Professional experience of 1 to 2 years;
- High school diploma (12th grade);
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and understanding their needs;
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability;
- Stress resistance;
- Organizational skills and responsibility;
- Initiative and proactivity;
- Good computer skills from a user perspective.
